Online interns is led by highly experienced UK-based academics and supported by associates in several countries around the world. With a strong history of collaborating with potential employers, our aim is to bridge the gap between the classroom and employment through online experiential learning opportunities.
We provide an opportunity for all students to gain real experiences with real employers, either in the UK or overseas. Our immersive online educational experiences enable students not only to develop and demonstrate the application of their academic skills in the workplace but also to provide evidence of it.
Your Journey to Empowerment and Excellence
A University degree, while valuable in itself, often falls short of equipping you with the practical skills demanded by today's employers. Our conversations with industry leaders highlighted the need for more than theoretical knowledge - employers sought graduates who could seamlessly translate their skills into the workplace, and those with global skills. We began by supporting students to find their own work experiences and offered in-person field trips to India and we saw how these experiences set these students apart, enhancing their job applications and abilities in interviews. However, institutional support, funding and accessibility remained a concern, so we set out to create an inclusive pathway for all students.

Our philosophy is rooted in compassion and giving back. As you invest in your growth, part of your programme fee goes to supporting the charitable internship host organisations. This cycle of positive impact ensures that your experience enriches both your own journey and the missions of the host organisations, amplifying the collective good we can achieve.

By collaborating with prestigious host organisations who are charities based in the UK, India, Spain and beyond, we've created an immersive journey that will equip you with tangible skills and empowers you to make a difference, all while embracing the flexibility of a remote experience.

Our journey began in the UK and India, but our vision extends beyond borders. With time, we're committed to creating new courses in various corners of the world, ensuring that students everywhere can unleash their potential and make a lasting impact.
We also welcome collaborations from charitable organisations eager to provide students with enriching experiences and invite universities and colleges in the UK to join us. In doing so we hope to broaden the reach of online internships and further making these accessible for all students.
